Each season we have just a few weeks to make our special peppers for a whole year. Some seasons we get just the right amount of peppers. Other seasons we don't have enough. Two cases is 24 jars of product. If you order one (1) of the items on this page and select your option you are ordering 24 jars of your selected item. Individual jars are our standard pack, one (1) glass jar of twelve (12) ounces and this item has 24 of them. If stored in cool, dark, dry place, unopened jars of this product will keep up to one year. Products should be refrigerated after opening.
